Heh. I crack myself up.

So, I finished a mini for a friend of mine. He said he wanted a barbarian/viking, and so I started digging through my minis box(es), and found something suitable. It was only after I was about halfway done that I realized he was Hercules. But whatever. I made him a viking shield, and it turned out okay. He was happy with it, which means I’m happy with it. ☺

He turned out pretty well for a tabletop mini,  and considering I only spent about 5 hours on him. He was a fun mini.
I also worked some more on my exchange mini. I’m changing some stuff up since I took these pictures,  but I’m planning on having her come out of a saloon.

Now it’s square, but you get the idea.

Then I ordered some scale75 paints, and they came in! I really liked working with them. I still have a lot of work to do to get my skin the way I like it. I really like the way these paints work…. They’ve got a really great coverage,  but they also blend better than anything else I’ve used.

I kinda played around with it to see how much blending and stuff it would take to make these really work for me. This guy had a lot of exposed skin,  so he became my Guinea pig.

He’s a little bit pinker in real life.
