Um… I didn’t realize that it had been this long since I updated!

We’ve been super busy. School, work, surgery.

The Hubs got cleared to walk again, and went back to work on Monday!! Whoohoo!!!

I completely assembled our Silver Tower minis, and we’ve played several games.. It’s been a lot of fun! We’re playing cooperatively right now, no need to get cutthroat with the 12 year old. 😉

This is part of what it looks like. We’re using our tablets simply because it’s cool, but you can play with the cards they provide just as well.

I haven’t had a chance to work on my Kingdom Death minis recently, since they require me to really concentrate. I did work some on the Khorne minis we’re finishing up, and now I have like 5 of the big guys done to a ‘good enough’ standard.

Reaper started a new Kickstarter for bases, you should go check it out. It’s pretty awesome.

This is the page from Reaper home page, and my entry with Big Red lifting weights to get ready for Ma’aldrakar. I think Big Red will still be bigger than Ma’al, but just barely, so he needs to pump some bases to get ready. I had fun thinking up some funny things to have him doing, and other ‘poses’.

Anyways, I’m hoping to get some significant time to paint after I finish up my homework today or tomorrow, we’ll see. These 5 weeks classes are pretty brutal, and I’m taking statistics too which is pretty time-consuming.

Can’t wait for Reapercon! I’m working on getting all my stuff together: entries, roomie, paints/bags, what all am I packing?! And I just ordered a Smog Rider mini and some plinths to try out. So, it’s safe to say I’m excited.
