Merry Christmas!
It’s about 80 here, so I’ve got the music cranked up and I’m baking my heart out so it feels like Christmas. May have to turn the ac down so it’s cold and I can use the fireplace!
I decided to do a lot of painting for Christmas presents this year. They’re handmade with love, and I wanted an excuse to get the 12 days of reaper minis!
I painted an angel up for my mom last week, and a baby dragon thing for my nephew. Yesterday I finished 4 minis, and have 3 more started, one of which I just have to base.
First off, my brother is a big Dr. Who fan. So I got a tardis and some weeping angels and went to town!

I hear they’re nasty.
Once they were done, I got started on my baby Christmas dragon! He’s just for me, but I wanted to finish him before Christmas was over. I couldn’t get the gold to pop, until my friend Shoshie suggested purple shadows. Genius! Worked like a charm!

Isn’t he so so sweet?! He looks all velvety and snuggly! I was going to use my new cinnamon red (the red color on his presents) for him, but the Hubs suggested a gold dragon instead. He’s a devious one, ans knows I struggle with Metallics. Then he said the reason he picked gold was because he couldn’t be a red dragon since he got presents. Everyone knows naughty dragons get coal. Unless they steal them! I decided to make mine look asleep. He just looked so much cuter asleep. Visions of sugar plums and all that.
Anyways, I’ve got 3 more Christmas minis calling my name… Hoping to have another update today or tomorrow!
