It’s not Nascar racing day, today’s the day we paint

I got to paint ALL day yesterday! It was the best! (also,  I HAD to paint all day yesterday to get ready for today. Heh)
So,  I finished up a few different groups yesterday. Bearing in mind these are all tabletop, and some still need a few touch ups.

The cultists and their leaders.

Their mercenary guards.

Urds.

And a couple named characters. Whew!
Then I got my micro art studio order in,  and I squee’d.

For the purpose of basing my minis, I had bought some instant mold stuff to try out. It was like $12 on Amazon,  so I figured I’d try it,  and it worked great! You get it hot, press stuff in, put in green stuff,  and voila!

It came in little sticks,  but I just put them all together once I was done. But look what I made!

They’re pretty fantastic.
Then I started on a few other minis. My character for the 5th ed game is a Dwarf sorcerer that wears medium armor and wields a battle axe. Yeah!  So I had to find a suitable mini.

I love her! I also started on one of my exchange minis for the forums. I love this mini, but we will never use her. I always pick up some minis that j love but we can never use so I can paint them and send them off in exchanges.:) these are some wip shots of her in her steampunky goodness.

Then some progress shots of the girls I’m working on in a group. I needed to paint something pretty after all the armies of men. Lol

Alright, then I felt like painting up some of my new bases!

image

image

Oh,  and I finished up the white dragon to where he’s gonna be for now. Gotta finish up his base another time.

Hen I rearranged the cabinets in the living room. Yes,  we are the people that have all our nerdiness out for everyone to see. Our giant kitchen table is in the living room so we can play d&d every Sunday. Judge away!

So, all of those except for a few prepaints (like Big Red up there) have been painted by me throughout the last decade. I’m gonna have to rearrange when we get Tianot, because he and Big Red are gonna have to have place of pride on that first shelf.
Hope Y’all enjoyed it! I know I did. Hoping to have some more work done this week and the weeks to come!

    1. You are welcome anytime! 😉
I’m gonna have to get doors for the other 2 in anticipation of bones 3!
Thanks! She’s such a fun mini!
Also, I love your Queen Mab! What color green did you use? I keep putting off painting her cause of that thing on her head… Lol

  1. Great looking stuff. Lots of figs I don’t recognize the manufacturer of……most intriguing.
The cutesy models look off to a wonderful start. Really like the steam punk fig.
